We hope Greenara Customers have read this information before making inquiries.
- The Seller ensures that quality and completeness checks have been carried out before the order is shipped.
- If there is an order error/incorrect product, the Customer can create an unboxing video (MANDATORY) and attach a photo of the Shipping Label from the Seller (Not the Expedition) and then send it to the Seller by sending proof via WA to the number listed on the Shipping Label.
- Complaints will be followed up immediately if they meet the above requirements.
- All transactions made are considered to have read and complied with the above rules.
